Prayers of Support and Comfort for Virginia Tech

Hope%20for%20VT.bmpOur prayers go out for the students, families, faculty, administration, alumni and friends of Virginia Tech University, in Blacksburg, Virginia, after the horrendous shootings that occurred there earlier today. 32 were murdered and dozens wounded or injured in the mayhem. The gunman then committed suicide as police closed in on him.

VTech, we mourn with you...stand with you...and pray with you.

Philippians 4:6-7
6
Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; 7 and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

I just wanted to lift up all the families and love ones who had friends or families involved in Monday's shooting at VTech. I will continue to keep you all in my prayers. Just keep Jesus in your heart.

My prayers go out to all the family members of every person that was killed at VA Tech University. I pray for all the students who remain and all the professors and security personnel who has to deal with the upcoming days/weeks/months/years of emotion.

May the Lord give the Peace in the midst of this storm and may they find the Hope that is only in Christ Jesus.

Blessings and Prayers to all!

Come unto me all who are heavy laden and I will give you rest. (Matthew 11:28)

Let not your heart be troubled. You believe in God. Believe also in me. (John 14:1)

I am praying for you. We all are praying for you. This is a hurtful thing. But I know that the Lord will give you the hope, the encouragement and the strength to get through it. My heart goes out to you all and to all the families that were affected by this.
